If your teacher is a kind and dedicated one, a good o' thanks and a small gift is decent enough.
If your teacher teaches maths, tells lame jokes, has lots of untrimmed moustache, prepares lousy questions for your upcoming exam, mumbles when he reads when your having an examination, and the worst of all you can never understand any word of his, I'll suggest this step:
If you can't get a parang, you can always use a pencil.

ya.. pity him.. he teaches 6r3 maths. and most of the sentosa students dont like him.. kesian.. anyway, when u give the so called orientation form lower 6 the other day, u look funny;) haha
